Purification Methods
It is purified (ca 200mg) by TLC on Kieselgel F254 with CHCl3/Me2CO (1:1) as solvent, followed by HPLC (50mg) with an octadecyltrimethylsilane modified column (Mercksorb SI 100, 10am) [IR, NMR, MS: Güggi et al. Helv Chim Acta 59 2417 1976]. [See Simon & Carafoli Methods Enzymol 56 439 1977.]
