解説
硫酸プロタミン，血液凝固作用をもつヘパリンの拮抗(きっこう)剤で、サケ科などの魚類の成熟精巣から抽出したプロタミンの硫酸塩をいう。分子量1萬以下の強(qiáng)塩基性単純タンパク質(zhì)で、熱では凝固しない。核酸やヘパリン、インスリンのような高分子化合物と結(jié)合して沈殿を生ずる。
用途
ヘパリンの過量投與の際、中和の目的で投與される。また、血液透析や人工心肺など血液體外循環(huán)のヘパリン作用の中和にも利用される。そのほか、インスリンと結(jié)合させ、インスリンの作用時(shí)間を延長させる製剤プロタミンインスリン亜鉛水性懸濁注射液として糖尿病の治療に用いられている。製剤としては、硫酸プロタミン注射液（10ミリリットル中100ミリグラム）が市販されている。なお、プロタミンそのものも血液凝固阻止作用があり、止血?jiǎng)垽趣筏剖中g(shù)前後の出血防止にも用いられる。

Protamine sulfate has an anticoagulanteffect, but if used in the proper amount, it counteractsthe action of heparin and is used as an antidote for thelatter in cases of overdosage. It is administered intravenouslyin a dose that depends on the circumstances.
