以4-(4-溴-3-甲酰基苯氧基)苯甲腈為原料合成4-(4-溴-3-(羥基甲基)苯氧基)苯甲腈的一般步驟如下:在25-30℃條件下,將100g 4-(4-溴-3-甲?;窖趸?苯甲腈(VI)溶解于500mL甲醇中,隨后冷卻至10-15℃。在保持10-15℃的條件下,緩慢加入6.2g硼氫化鈉,加料時間為60-90分鐘。加料完畢后,將反應(yīng)體系溫度緩慢升至15-20℃。反應(yīng)完成后,向反應(yīng)混合物中加入1000mL水,并于25-30℃下攪拌1小時。通過真空過濾收集所得固體產(chǎn)物,用水洗滌后,在不超過55℃的條件下進(jìn)行真空干燥,得到4-(4-溴-3-(羥基甲基)苯氧基)苯甲腈(V)。產(chǎn)率:99.0%;純度:99.02%。
