Maresin 1 是人體內(nèi)源性的 DHA 產(chǎn)生的 特異性調(diào)節(jié)介質(zhì)，可以刺激胞內(nèi)Ca2+ 產(chǎn)生和分泌。Maresin 1 具有抗炎活性。
Maresin 1 (MaR1, 300 nM) reduces neutrophil migration and reactive oxygen species production, besides decreasing IL-1b, TNF-a, IL-6, and INF-g production.

Maresin 1 (MaR1) dose-dependently inhibits TRPV1 currents in neurons, blocks capsaicin (100 nM)-induced inward currents (IC
50
=0.49 nM), and reduces both inflammation- and chemotherapy-induced neuropathic pain in mice.
Maresin 1 (MaR1, 0.1, 0.3, and 1 μg/animal, e.v.) protects mice against acute DSS-induced colitis. Maresin 1 (0.3, and 1 μg/animal, e.v.) treatment markedly reduces macroscopic damage in the acute protocol of DSS-induced colitis.
