Auxinole 是一種有效的 TIR1/AFB 受體植物激素拮抗劑，能夠與 TIR1 結(jié)合，阻止 TIR1-IAA-Aux/IAA 復(fù)合物的形成，從而抑制 auxin 應(yīng)答基因的表達(dá)。
TIR1/AFB receptor
Auxinole is a potent auxin antagonist of TIR1/AFB receptors, and binds TIR1 to block the formation of the TIR1-IAA-Aux/IAA complex and then inhibits auxin-responsive gene expression. In addition, Auxinole competitively inhibits various auxin responses in planta. Auxinole causes reduction in IAA-triggered depolarization in root hair cells. Auxinole (20?μM) also represses the transient increase in [Ca 2+ ] cyt completely, and blocks Ca 2+ response.
