ELISA - Mouse monoclonal [B3102E8] Anti-Human IgE Fc (ab99804)

ELISA plate was coated with Human IgE. Immunoglobuliun was detected with serially diluted Mouse monoclonal [B3102E8] Anti-Human IgE Fc (ab99804) conjugated to Biotin followed by Streptavidin-HRP and ABTS.
This product has switched from ascites to tissue culture supernatant on 8th June 2020. Lot numbers higher than GR3258714 are from tissue culture supernatant.

Anti-Human secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for human immunoglobulins and are useful in the detection, sorting or purification of its specified target. Secondary antibodies offer increased versatility enabling users to use many detection systems (e.g. HRP, AP, fluorescence). They can also provide greater sensitivity through signal amplification as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody. Most commonly, secondary antibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with a pooled population of immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified and modified (i.e. immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation, etc.) to generate highly specific reagents.正常情況下血清IgE僅在ng/ml水平，用常規(guī)測定IgG或IgM的凝膠擴散法檢測不出IgE，必須用高度敏感的放射免疫測定法及酶聯(lián)免疫測定法進行檢測。
1．放射免疫吸附劑試驗（radioimmunosorbenttest，IRST）是將抗IgE吸附到固相載體上用以檢測血清IgE的方法，故又稱固相放射免疫測定（SPRIA）；臨床常用雙抗體夾心法，多以濾紙為載體。將抗IgE抗體偶聯(lián)到經(jīng)溴化氟活化的濾紙上，使其與待檢血清及IgE參考標準進行反應；洗滌后加入125I標記的抗人IgE，再經(jīng)洗滌后測定濾紙片的放射活性，其測定值與標本中的IgE含量呈正相關。
2．酶聯(lián)免疫測定法測定血清IgE時也常用雙抗體夾心ELISA法，操作方便，敏感性也很高，在臨床上經(jīng)常應用。
3．間接血凝試驗用抗IgE至敏紅細胞，將標本血清做系列稀釋后與致敏紅細胞反應。此法更加簡便易行，便于普及，但敏感性比上兩法稍低。
Mouse Anti-Human IgE Antibody是一類可以特異性結合Human IgE的多克隆抗體，主要用于檢測Human IgE的Western Blot、IHC-P、IF、ELISA、Co-IP等多種免疫學實驗。
