以N-([1,1'-聯(lián)苯]-4-基)-9,9-二甲基-9H-芴-2-胺和3-(4-溴苯基)-9-苯基咔唑為原料合成N-聯(lián)苯-4-基-9,9-二甲基-N-[4-(9-苯基-9H-咔唑-3-基)苯基]-9H-芴-2-胺的一般步驟:將3-(4-溴苯基)-9-苯基-9H-咔唑(9.6 g,24 mmol)溶解于甲苯中,加入N-([1,1'-聯(lián)苯]-4-基)-9,9-二甲基-9H-芴-2-胺(7.2 g,20 mmol)、三(二亞芐基丙酮)二鈀(Pd2(dba)3,0.05當(dāng)量)、三苯基膦(PPh3,0.1當(dāng)量)和叔丁醇鈉(NaOt-Bu,3當(dāng)量)。將反應(yīng)混合物加熱至100℃,回流攪拌24小時。反應(yīng)完成后,對所得有機物進行萃取,有機層用無水硫酸鎂(MgSO4)干燥,通過硅膠柱層析純化(洗脫劑:乙醚/水),最后通過重結(jié)晶得到目標(biāo)化合物13.8 g(產(chǎn)率:85%)。
