Application of Folinic acid:
L-folinic acid, as an anti-tumor antidote and an auxiliary drug against megaloblastic anemia, has a dose of 1/2 of that of folinic acid, which can participate in the reaction using folate as the source of one carbon unit without being reduced by dihydrofolate reductase, and can pass through the cell membrane actively or passively.
