Ethyl HDFP is a lipase inhibitor.1 It inhibits 12 lipases, including fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH), fatty acid synthase (FASN), and α/β-hydrolase domain-containing protein 4 (ABHD4), by greater than 75% in mouse T cell hybridoma lysates when used at a concentration of 2 μM. Ethyl HDFP inhibits depalmitoylation of H-Ras in HEK293 cells.WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use. | [References]
