25I-NBOMe, a derivative of the serotonin 2A (5-HT2A) receptor agonist 2C-I, is 16-fold more potent than 2C-I with a Ki value of 0.044 nM for human 5-HT2A receptors.1,2 25I-NBOMe imine analog differs from 25I-NBOMe by having a double bond linking the N-(2-methoxybenzyl) group to 25I.
