2. General procedure for the synthesis of products.
General procedure: A 10 mL tube equipped with a magnetic stirring bar was charged with Ketoxime (0.4 mmol,), Silica gel (60 mg), DCM (1 mL) and HFIP (1 mL). The mixture was irradiated by 10 W blue LEDs, then stirred at room temperature under the open air for hours. After completion of the reaction, the reaction mixture was extracted with water and ethyl acetate (3×4 mL). The combined organic phases were dried over anhydrous Na2SO4, and then concentrated under reduced pressure on a rotary evaporator. The desired amide was obtained after purification of the concentrate by flash chromatography on silica gel with petroleum ether/ethyl acetate (9:1 to 1:1).
