概述
BAY 61-3606 hydrochloride 是一種有效的，具有口服活性的，ATP 競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性的，可逆的選擇性 Syk 抑制劑，Ki 為 7.5 nM，IC50 為 10 nM。BAY 61-3606 hydrochloride 降低神經(jīng)母細(xì)胞瘤細(xì)胞中的 ERK1/2 和 Akt 磷酸化。BAY 61-3606 hydrochloride 降低 K-rn 細(xì)胞裂解物中 Syk 磷酸化。BAY 61-3606 hydrochloride 作用于乳腺癌細(xì)胞，通過(guò)下調(diào) Mcl-1 促進(jìn) TRAIL 誘導(dǎo)的細(xì)胞凋亡。
