HKOCl-3 (10 μM) shows an increasing florescence intensity with increasing concentration of hypochlorous acid. HKOCl-3 (10 μM) shows a much higher increase in fluorescence intensity of compound HKOCl-3 than treatment with other ROS (10 μM) and RNS (100 μM) .
