在氮?dú)夥諊?,?-氧代-3,4-二氫-2H-吡喃-2-羧酸乙酯(2.0g,11.75mmol,1.00當(dāng)量)溶于乙酸乙酯(50mL)中,置于100mL圓底燒瓶?jī)?nèi)。隨后加入10%鈀/活性炭(200mg)。系統(tǒng)經(jīng)三次抽真空-充氮?dú)庋h(huán)脫氣。反應(yīng)混合物在室溫下攪拌12小時(shí)。反應(yīng)完成后,通過(guò)過(guò)濾移除固體催化劑,并用乙酸乙酯(3×)洗滌濾餅。合并的濾液在減壓下濃縮,所得粗產(chǎn)物通過(guò)硅膠柱色譜法純化,洗脫劑為乙酸乙酯/石油醚(1:20),得到4-氧代四氫-2H-吡喃-2-羧酸乙酯(1.62g,收率80%),為淺黃色油狀物。
