實(shí)施例2 II: 以甘氨酸乙酯鹽酸鹽和草酰氯單乙酯為起始原料，參照文獻(xiàn)(J. Heterocycl. Chem. 1995, 32, 1693-1702)的方法制備化合物4。隨后，在乙醇溶液中采用NaBH4/LiCl體系進(jìn)行還原反應(yīng)。通過(guò)Dess-Martin氧化劑進(jìn)一步氧化，得到目標(biāo)醛6，總收率為25%（兩步反應(yīng)）。
