以4-硝基苯酚和1-氯乙基氯甲酸酯為原料合成4-硝基-苯基酯1-氯羧酸乙酯的一般步驟：在冰浴冷卻下，向含有4-硝基苯酚（1.39 g，10 mmol）和吡啶（0.81 g，10 mmol）的二氯甲烷（60 mL）溶液中緩慢滴加1-氯乙基氯甲酸酯（1.2 mL，11 mmol）。反應(yīng)混合物在0℃下攪拌30分鐘，隨后升至室溫繼續(xù)攪拌1小時(shí)。反應(yīng)完成后，通過減壓蒸餾除去溶劑。將殘余物溶解于乙醚中，依次用水、10%檸檬酸溶液和水洗滌。有機(jī)層用無水硫酸鈉干燥，過濾后減壓濃縮，得到灰白色固體4-硝基-苯基酯1-氯羧酸乙酯（2.4 g，收率97%）。產(chǎn)物經(jīng)1H NMR（CDCl3）表征：δ 1.93（d，3H），6.55（q，1H），7.42（d，2H），8.28（d，2H）。
