本試劑盒根據(jù)熒光 PCR 技術(shù)原理，針對 PCR試劑盒設(shè)計特異性引物和 Taqman 探針，通過熒光 PCR 檢測儀進行檢測，從而實現(xiàn)對 PCR試劑盒的檢測。
適用于 ABI 7500、Bio-Rad CFX96、Roche480 等全自動熒光PCR 檢測儀。
1．樣本種類：鼻/咽拭子、痰液、支氣管肺泡灌洗液；培養(yǎng)物等樣品。 2．保存條件：采集的標(biāo)本應(yīng)及時送檢，24 小時內(nèi)檢測的應(yīng) 4℃保存，超過 24 小時的最好-70℃保存，并避免反復(fù)凍融。
