1-甲基-2-氯甲基咪唑性質(zhì)、用途與生產(chǎn)工藝
生產(chǎn)方法
以1-甲基-2-羥甲基-1H-咪唑為原料合成1-甲基-2-氯甲基咪唑的一般步驟:在0℃條件下,向1.12 g的1-甲基-2-羥甲基-1H-咪唑中緩慢滴加1.8 mL的亞硫酰氯。反應混合物在20℃下攪拌18小時后,升溫至70℃繼續(xù)反應2小時。反應完成后,通過減壓濃縮除去溶劑,定量得到目標產(chǎn)物1-甲基-2-氯甲基咪唑。產(chǎn)物的1H NMR數(shù)據(jù)(DMSO-d6,δ/ppm):3.90(s,3H);5.22(s,2H);5.36(t,1H);7.77(d,1H);7.80(d,1H)。
