化學(xué)性質(zhì)
無色易流動(dòng)的透明液體。熔點(diǎn)-35℃，沸點(diǎn)105℃，（13.3kPa），相對(duì)密度（20/4℃）1.4262，折光率（nD20）1.3861。有水果香味。
用途
為較新的全身吸入麻醉劑。在已知的吸入全麻藥中，其全麻效能最強(qiáng)，并有明顯的肌松作用?，F(xiàn)多用于淺全麻。
生產(chǎn)方法
將1，2，-二氟-1，1，2，2-四氯乙烷重排成1，1-二氟-1，2，2，2-四氯乙烷，再脫去1分子CL2，然后與甲醇加成，即得甲氧氟烷。
