生產(chǎn)方法
向預熱的3-氨基吡啶（0.37 g，4.0 mmol）和2,2-二甲基-1,3-二噁烷-4,6-二酮（Meldrum's酸，0.69 g，4.8 mmol）的混合物中加入原甲酸三乙酯（4.0 mL，24.0 mmol）。將反應混合物在100℃下攪拌2小時，反應過程中觀察到黃色沉淀的形成，并且溶液顏色由黃色逐漸變?yōu)榫萍t色。反應完成后，將混合物冷卻至室溫，隨后通過真空蒸餾除去過量的原甲酸三乙酯。所得固體通過硅膠柱色譜法進行純化，洗脫劑為70%至100%乙酸乙酯的己烷溶液梯度。
