1. 在1.5L異丙醇中加入2-氯-4-氟-5-硝基甲苯(260g)和氫氧化鉀(116g),于20℃下反應(yīng),通過TLC監(jiān)測反應(yīng)進程直至原料消失。2. 反應(yīng)完成后,停止攪拌,將反應(yīng)液緩慢倒入5L水中。3. 過濾反應(yīng)混合物,收集固體產(chǎn)物,并用適量水洗滌。4. 將濾餅干燥,得到1-氯-5-異丙氧基-2-甲基-4-硝基苯(271g),產(chǎn)率為86.3%。
