生產(chǎn)方法
以甲基磺酰氯和4-叔丁氧羰基氨基哌啶為原料合成1-甲磺?;?4-叔丁氧羰基氨基哌啶的一般步驟:將5.00 g(25.0 mmol)的Boc-4-氨基哌啶溶解于19.8 mL吡啶中,并在冰浴中冷卻。緩慢滴加2.13 mL(27.5 mmol)的甲基磺酰氯。反應(yīng)混合物在室溫下攪拌反應(yīng)16小時(shí)。反應(yīng)完成后,用水稀釋反應(yīng)混合物,然后用二氯甲烷(DCM)進(jìn)行萃取。有機(jī)層用水洗滌,無水硫酸鎂(MgSO4)干燥,過濾。減壓濃縮除去溶劑,得到6.30 g的1-甲磺?;?哌啶-4-基-氨基甲酸叔丁酯。收率為91%;ESI-MS:279 [M + H]+。
