氯化鈦性質(zhì)、用途與生產(chǎn)工藝
生產(chǎn)方法
在稀有氣體的氣氛中,將3g三氯化鈦裝入硼硅酸玻璃制的茄形燒瓶中,燒瓶與液氮冷卻阱管口相連,然后與真空泵連接。反應(yīng)溫度若高于475℃,則由于所生成的二氯化鈦發(fā)生歧化反應(yīng)而生成鈦及四氯化鈦,所以要注意反應(yīng)溫度不宜過高。由于在加熱過程中少量的三氯化鈦在瓶頸處部分氣化析出,可經(jīng)常將析出物振落,使其返回加熱部。反應(yīng)結(jié)束之后,于燒瓶上部預(yù)先制成的縮頸處進行熔封。
