Beschreibung

This alkaloid from Poranthera coryrnbosa is normally isolated as the crystalline hydrobromide with m.p. 251-2°C. The free base has been obtained as a colourless oil which is laevorotatory with a specific rotation of [α]_D - 47° (CHCI3).
