Verwenden
Benzenesulphonyl semicarbazide (BSS) is a high-temperature blowing agent with properties similar to those of RA blowing agents. It is particularly suitable for plastics processed at high temperatures, serving as a foaming agent for synthetic rubbers such as rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), polypropylene (PP), polycarbonate (PC), nylon, ABS, natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR). Furthermore, it can also be used as a benzenesulphonyl hydrazide additive in lithium-ion batteries. This substance improves the distribution of the binder within the cathode film, ensuring it is fully distributed around the cathode active material. This further reduces friction between the cathode active materials whilst ensuring the stability of the cathode film, thereby mitigating issues such as brittle fracture of the cathode electrode and reduced cycle performance caused by the fragmentation of the cathode active material. Furthermore, appropriately reducing the content of benzosulphonylhydrazine additives also helps to improve the energy density of the battery.
