Characteristics Rubber accelerator ZEPC(PX) presents white or light yellow powder, and is tasteless, soluble in hot chloroform and benzene, insoluble in acetone, carbon tetrachloride, alcohol and water, and slightly soluble in gasoline, benzene, methyl benzene and hot alcohol.
Applications ZEPC(PX) is a fast-speed curing accelerator and has an excellent resistance to incipient scorch. It can be used for dip-molding latex, transparent and colored products, medical grade rubber products, latex molded manufactures, latex sponges, coated fabrics, self-curing rubber cements because of odorless, non-toxic, non-stain and non-discoloring.
