BM-Condimed is used as a supplement (10%, v/v) to the normal culture basal medium (
e.g., F 10, M 199, RPMI 1640, DMEM), containing 10 to 20% FCS for the cultivation of human amniotic and chorionic villi cells. BM-Condimed was also shown to improve culture conditions for bone marrow cells and peripheral blood leukocytes.
Allgemeine Beschreibung
BM-Condimed is prepared from the supernatant of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells stimulated with Con A. It contains a complex mixture of growth factors and lymphokines.
