Beschreibung

This carboline alkaloid has been isolated from Vinca difformis and V. minor and yields colourless prisms when crystallized from cydohexane. It is laevorotatory with [α]²⁰_D - 66° (c 0.52, CHCL3) or - 75° (c 1.0, CHCL3).
