(+)-Epibatidine has binding affinities for α4β2 and α3β4 nicotinic receptors.
Biologische Aktivit?t
Very potent nicotinic agonist (K i values are 0.02 and 233 nM for α 4 β 2 and α 7 nicotinic receptors respectively). Analgesic.
