Hexapeptide-9 is an anti-aging peptide that can visibly reduce the length and depth of wrinkles.
Charakteristisch
Hexapeptide-9(1228371-11-6) is derived from collagen XVII. Hexapeptide-9 stimulates extracellular matrix protein synthesis and skin repair. Hexapeptide-9 is unique in its capacity to regenerate both epidermis and dermis. It rapidly decreases the appearance of skin wrinkles, enhance epidermal repair and dermal protein synthesis (collagen I and II), improves the dermal-epidermal junction structure (laminin-5, integrin, collagen IV) and epidermal differentiation marks (keratin, filaggrin). Recommended usage levels range from 0.002% to 0.01%.
Verwenden
Hexapeptide-9 is often considered as a collagen peptide. It helps strengthening structural tissues by naturally interacting with skin cells thereby promoting the rejuvenation process. It provides skin smoothness and firmness, decrease the appearance of wrinkles by promoting synthesis of dermal protein.
Mode of action
The mechanism of Hexapeptide-9 is mainly in three aspects: (1) Increase the synthesis of dermal collagen; (2) Promote the formation and reinforcement of DEJ (epidermal dermal connective tissue); (3) Promote the differentiation and maturation of epidermal cells.
