Description
One of a number of alkaloids isolated from Korolkowia sewerzowii Rgl., this base has been obtained and studied by Russian workers. It is slightly laevorotatory with a specific rotation of [α]D - 15° (c 0.8, EtOH) and forms a thiocyanate, m.p. 177-8°C and the methiodide, m.p. 300-1 0 C.
