Fluorescein hydrazide is a colorimetric probe formed by the reaction of adipic acid dihydrazide and fluorescein isothiocyanate.
Uses
Fluorescein hydrazide (3,6-Dihydroxyxanthane) is a fluorescein dye that can be used for the fluorophotometric determination of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and other reactive oxygen species (ROS)[1].
