Phosphodiesterase-3 (PDE3) is an enzyme responsible for degradation of cAMP to AMP in platelets and blood vessels. Selective cAMP PDE3 inhibitors, such as dipyridamole and cilostazol , inhibit the degradation of cAMP, thereby increasing cellular concentration of cAMP and leading to inhibition of platelet aggregation and vasodilation.3':5'-??-???????5'-???????????? ?? ?? ? ???
