Description
Nalidixic acid is an inhibitor of bacterial DNA polymerase (DNA gyrase) and avian myeloblastoma virus reverse transcriptase. It is used to modulate (inhibit) bacterial DNA gyrase-dependent processes such as DNA polymerization, (ATP-dependent)t DNA supercoiling, and chromosome fragmentation.Related product price
