Description
Pyruvate dehydrogenase contributes to linking the glycolysis metabolic pathway to the citric acid cycle and releases energy via NADH. It is used to study how aerobic training effects pyruvate dehydrogenase. It is also used to study the interaction between pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase and the pyruvate dehydrogenase complexas well as the function and regulation of the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex.
