説明
5(6)-Carboxy-2',7'-dichlorofluorescein diacetate succinimidyl ester is an amine-reactive probe used for labeling proteins and other biomolecules. This probe is non-fluorescent until it diffuses into cells and has been hydrolyzed by intracellular esterases to yield the fluorophore.
