| Appearance | 4-(3-Chloro-2-fluoroanilino)-6-hydroxy-7- methoxyquinazoline is a light yellow to yellow powder or crystals. | | Uses | Applications 4-((3-Chloro-2-fluorophenyl)amino)-7-methoxyquinazolin-6-ol is a useful research chemical,it can be used as pharmaceutical intermediates. | | Synthesis | 4-((3-chloro-2-fluorophenyl)amino)-7-methoxyquinazolin-6-yl acetate (200 mg) was used as starting material and dissolved in methanol (2 ml). Subsequently, aqueous ammonia solution (7N, 1 ml) was added to the reaction system. The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 2 hours. After completion of the reaction, the solvent was removed by concentration under reduced pressure to afford the target product 4-((3-chloro-2-fluorophenyl)amino)-7-methoxy-6-ol (white solid, 176 mg, quantitative yield). | | References | [1] Patent: CN108329276, 2018, A.
