ANTI-CYCLIN D1 Usage And Synthesis
UsesThe reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis. Suggested working dilution for Flow Cytometry is 2-8 μg/mL of sample. Indicated dilution is recommended starting point for use of this product. Working concentrations should be determined by the investigator.
Biological ActivityCyclin D1 is involved in regulating cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) family members. Cyclin D1 and D2 are affiliated with CDK4 and/or CDK6 kinase activities th at are observed in mid-G1 and culminate in the late G1 phase. Amplification of the cyclin D1 gene is observed in a significant percentage of cancers, including breast, bladder carcinoma, mantle cell lymphomas, head and neck cancers. This gene is also amplified in esophageal squamous cell carcinomas.
