| Uses | N-Cyclohexylhydroxylamine hydrochloride is used in the preparation of 4-carbethoxy-2-cyclohexyl-5-(2H)-isoxazolone and hexahydroisoxazolequinoline analogs. It is also used in the preparation of N-cyclohexyl nitrone by reaction with aldehyde. Further, it acts as a hydroxylamination reagent for allyl esters. In addition to this, it serves as a reagent in the conversion of 1,2-dicarboxylic acids to alfa-beta-unsaturated carboxylic acids. |
