H100 是一種氯離子運(yùn)輸 (Cl- transport) 抑制劑，可以部分抑制氯離子載體 NaK2Cl cotransporter 和 Band 3 anion exchanger，但是對 KCl cotransporter 無作用。
Cl - transport
H100 is a Cl - transport inhibitor, with partial effects against both the NaK2Cl cotransporter (NKCC) and the Band 3 anion exchanger (AE), but no effect against KCl cotransporter (KCC), in human erythrocytes. H100 (0.1 mM) shows 63% and 74% inhibition of NKCC and AE in human erythrocytes.
