Product application
This product is a UV absorber and is suitable for many plastics such as polyvinyl chloride, ABS resin, acrylic resin, polyurethane, melamine resin, cellulose resin. The product is a benzophenone containing two ortho-hydroxy groups, which has the strongest ability to absorb ultraviolet rays and has a strong absorption effect on ultraviolet light having a wavelength of 330-370 nm. The disadvantage is that some visible light is also absorbed, so that the product is slightly yellowish. The product has good compatibility with the resin, and the general dosage is 0.25-3%. It also has good light stability in paint. The oral LD50 of the rats was 10000 mg/kg, which was not irritating to the skin and eyes.
