White crystal or crystalline powder, odorless or slightly peculiar, bitter in taste. Easily soluble in methanol, ethanol or chloroform, hardly soluble in anhydrous acetic acid or acetonitrile, almost insoluble in ether. The melting point is 200～202℃ (methanol-acetic acid). Use Allylamine antifungal agent. Has broad-spectrum antifungal activity.

Used for fungal skin infections, such as white ringworm of the body, white ringworm of the feet, white ringworm of the buttocks and pityriasis versicolor.
