Diltiazem is a calcium inflow inhibitor (slow channel blocker or calcium antagonist).
Diltiazem Hydrochloride is a calcium channel blocker with vasodilating activity. Anti-anginal; anti-hypertensive; anti-arrhythmic (class IV).

1 pharmacology this product is a calcium ion channel blocker, its effect is related to the inhibition of calcium ion flow in
cardiac and vascular smooth muscle depolarization.This product can effectively dilate the coronary artery of epicardium and
endocardium, relieve the spontaneous angina pectoris or angina pectoris caused by the coronary artery spasm induced by ergoxin.
Reduces myocardial oxygen demand by slowing heart rate and lowering blood pressure, increases exercise tolerance and relieves
exertional angina.This product can relax the vascular smooth muscle, reduce the peripheral vascular resistance, and reduce blood
pressure;The extent of its hypotension is related to the degree of hypertension.This product has negative inotropic effect and can
slow down the conduction of sa node and av node.
2. Toxicological carcinogenic, mutagenic and reproductive toxicity: it has been reported that rats have taken this product for 24
months, and mice have taken this product for 21 months without any carcinogenic effect.No mutagenic effect was found in vitro
bacterial experiments.Animal experiments have proved that this product has no obvious effect on fertility.
