Product Description

The naringin system consists of α-L-rhamnosidase and β-D-glucosidase, an enzyme that hydrolyzes naringin to form a naringenin to debitter.
The naringin is mainly derived from natural fungi such as Aspergillus niger, Penicillium and Aspergillus oryzae. A small amount of naringinase is derived from bacteria and yeast. The fungal-derived naringin is higher in molecular weight than bacteria and more stable under acidic conditions. More suitable for application fields such as juice debittering.
