| Description | RU58841 is a non-steroidal anti-androgen drug, which competes with dihydrotestosterone or DHT for binding at the receptors where it causes hirsutism or hair loss. It has been evaluated as being approximately equivalent in strength to hydroxyflutamide, a drug which is sometimes used in PCOS to treat hirsutism or androgenetic alopecia. |
