Characteristics
Rubber accelerator TMTM(TS) is odorless, tasteless, and soluble in benzene, acetone, dichloroethane, carbon disulfide, methylbenzene, chloroform, slightly soluble ethanol and ethyl ether, insoluble in water and gasoline.
Applications
It is used in manufacturing cables, tyres, rubber hoses and belts, brilliant and transparent products, rubber shoes and products resistance to heat etc.. TS is a non-staining accelerator for rubber, and regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR177.2600, 175.105 and under BgVV XXI, Categories 1-4 and "Sonder kategorie".
