氰基硼氫化鈉（分子式：NaBH3(CN)）是硼氫化鈉中氫被氰基取代形成的衍生物，常用作還原劑。 儲(chǔ)存氰基硼氫化鈉時(shí)，應(yīng)避免過熱及接觸火源、水、潮濕空氣、強(qiáng)酸或強(qiáng)氧化劑。氰基硼氫化鈉遇強(qiáng)酸會(huì)立即生成氰化氫，與空氣中的水分接觸也會(huì)逐漸分解生成氰化物，使用時(shí)必須小心。
