Basic Information
The main mechanism of action is to inhibit Staphylococcus aureus DNA gyrase and DNA topoisomerase IV activity and prevent DNA synthesis leading to bacterial death; inhibition of human topoisomerase II is weak. This product has broad antibacterial spectrum, strong antibacterial properties. For G + bacteria such as Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Enterococcus, against G-bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Proteus mirabilis, Klebsiella, Enterobacter cloacae, Citrobacter, Acinetobacter calcoaceticus, Haemophilus influenzae, Moraxella, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, etc. have good antibacterial activity, the product of certain anaerobic bacteria such as Clostridium perfringens, Fusobacterium nucleatum, Propionibacterium acnes, Porphyromonas , Part of Peptostreptococcus, Bacteroides fragilis and Prevotella also have good antibacterial activity.
Function:
This product is suitable for the following infections caused by sensitive bacteria:
