CFS-043, 2-(3,4-Epoxycyclohexyl)ethyltrimethoxysilane is an epoxy functional silane, which is
mainly used as an adhesion promoter in coatings and sealants. It is the equivalent of
Momentive Silquest A-186 or ShinEtsu KBM-303.

Applications:
CFS-043 can be used as an adhesion promoter or primer in coating and sealants industries. Its
epoxy functionality offers non-yellowing adhesion in various resin systems.
CFS-043 can be used as a crosslinker and an adhesion promoter in waterborne applications
including acrylic and polyurethane coatings.
CFS-043 can be used to enhance adhesion and improve electricity properties of EMC (epoxy
molding compound), electronic encapsulation and packaging materials.
CFS-043 can act as a surface modifier and improve the bonding performance between organic
resin and inorganic substrates. Suitable resins are epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic, polysulfide.
CFS-043 can improve mechanical and electrical properties of various epoxy composites.

CFS-043 is offered in 25L PE pails, 200L PVF steel drums and 1000L IBC totes.
