CFS-553 Methyltrimethoxysilane
CFS-553 Methyltrimethoxysilane is the most commonly used crosslinkers for RTV silicone
rubbers preparation. It is the equivalent of Momentive Silquest*A-1630 or Dynasylan® MTMS.

Applications:
CFS-553 is normally used as a cross-linking agent and an intermediate for silicone rubbers and
organic silicone compounds. It also performs as a constituent of silica gels and silicone resins.
CFS-553 can also be used for fillers treatment and surface modification. It’s especially suitable
for surface treatment of glass fiber.
CFS-553 can act as a cross-linking agent for room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber and a
treating agent for reinforced plastic laminated products.
Packaging:
CFS-553 is offered in 25L PE pails, 200L PVF steel drums and 1000L IBC totes.
